In your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels, then Agentic. Turn off "Allow Shopify to manage for me" to see the Meta AI and Muse settings.

On by default for eligible stores, so Muse can find your products. Turning it off stops the share, though Meta may still reference products it finds on the web.
Direct checkout
Also on by default, for shoppers in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan and Singapore. Turn it off and shoppers are sent to your store to pay.
What direct checkout skips
Subscriptions, bundles, custom and B2B-only products, local delivery and pickup aren't supported, and analytics pixels don't fire. Discounts and Shopify Functions do work.
